Complete Home Renovations in Perth

Renovating your home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make. At Hatch Renovations, we make sure it’s also one of the best. Our Perth-based team specialises in complete home renovations that are thoughtfully designed, carefully managed and built to last, shaped around how you actually live, not just how a space looks on the day it’s finished.

Led by Director Adriana, a certified interior designer with almost two decades of Western Australian building industry experience, Hatch brings together design intelligence and precise project management under one roof. Every renovation we deliver is a considered response to your home, your lifestyle and your long-term goals.

Full home renovation services built around your life

A complete home renovation isn’t just a cosmetic refresh. It’s a chance to rethink how your space works, improve flow, create room where you need it most and bring real function to every corner of the house.

We take the time to understand your family, your routine and the way you use your home before a single decision is made. Whether you’re opening up a kitchen, adding a living zone, planning an extension or updating room by room, the approach is tailored to your home, your budget and the result you’re working towards.

We also handle what most people find most daunting: council requirements, building permits, development approval, structural changes, custom joinery and full interior design coordination. Your dedicated project manager takes care of it all, so you’re never left chasing progress or juggling trades.

Our process has been refined across years of delivering whole-home renovations throughout Perth. It’s designed to be clear, thorough and genuinely stress-free.

It starts with an initial consultation at your home. We discuss your vision, take measurements and get across the full scope before producing an accurate quote. From there, we develop concept plans for your space so you can see what’s possible before any commitments are made.

Selections happen at the Hatch Design Studio in Osborne Park, open by appointment Monday to Friday. With finishes, fittings, tiles, tapware, benchtops and cabinetry all in one place, you can see, touch and compare options side by side with one of our interior designers guiding you through every trade-off, lead time and maintenance consideration. It takes a lot of the stress out of what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming number of decisions.

Once your selections are locked in, we present a final turn-key quote covering all specifications and plans. When you’re ready to go, your project manager coordinates every stage of the build, from plumbing and electrical through to roof work, joinery and finishing trades. Regular updates keep you across progress throughout. At completion, we walk through the finished renovation with you and make sure everything is exactly right before handover.

Our team has worked across character homes, post-war builds, 1980s family homes and contemporary properties throughout Perth. That breadth of experience means we know how to work with what’s already there, and how to make it better.

We also help you understand where renovation spend goes furthest. Kitchenbathroom and laundry upgrades consistently deliver the strongest return, and our guidance on selections, layout and specification is designed to align your decisions with your style, your budget and long-term value.

Perth’s humid air, strong winds and salt-laden conditions are hard on a property over time. We source durable, high-quality materials suited to the local climate, chosen not just for how they look on day one but for how they hold up over the years ahead. Safety and structural integrity are factored into every stage of the build.

No two homes are the same, and no two Hatch renovations are either. Whether your style leans towards natural textures, clean lines or a coastal palette, our designers shape the brief around your preferences and priorities. Custom work can include bespoke joinery, considered lighting plans, flooring selections and spatial design that makes everyday living genuinely easier.

If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll guide you through the options and help you identify the changes that will make the biggest difference to how your home feels and functions.

We design renovations for the way Perth families actually live: open-plan kitchens, dedicated study spaces, built-in storage and strong indoor-outdoor connection. Where it makes sense, we can also incorporate energy efficiency improvements, including better insulation, LED lighting and water-efficient fixtures, for a home that’s more comfortable and cheaper to run.
