In 2013, I took my expertise in residential interior design with the mission to make the design process simpler and founded Hatch Renovations. Recognising a gap in the Perth market, I wanted to merge interior design with efficient project management.

With almost two decades of experience in the Western Australian building industry, and as a certified interior designer, I’m well-equipped to guide you through the complexities of renovating your home. We’re not your average renovation team. We’re a tight-knit team that brings a unique, personal touch to each project we tackle. Our process revolves around open communication and collaboration.

What drives me professionally is the desire to craft spaces that are tailored to each individual client. It’s more than just good looks; it’s about functionality and comfort, we want to make your house truly feel like your home.

As the Director of Hatch Interiors & Hatch Renovations, Adriana is a key figure in Perth for interior design and renovation. With an Advanced Diploma and almost two decades of industry expertise, she possesses extensive knowledge and understands the ins and outs of the building industry. One of Adriana's main goals has always been to make quality design accessible, regardless of project size or budget, which has helped to establish Hatch as a trusted name in the industry.

Adriana blends her design expertise with strong project management skills, creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful. She oversees each project from conception to completion, ensuring a cohesive look and feel. Adriana is committed to creating spaces that not only look good but also enhance day-to-day living.

Over the years, she's honed an interest in adaptable design that can evolve with the client's needs, providing long-term value and functionality. This philosophy is not just about meeting current needs but creating flexible spaces that can grow and change.

Tegan is a highly experienced professional in the field of interior design, boasting an impressively diverse portfolio. With more than 11 years in the building industry, she holds an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design and has accumulated a wealth of hands-on experience. Prior to Hatch Renovations, Tegan was the lead interior designer for a prominent Perth builder for more than five years, specialising in luxury homes. Her extensive work history has given her a deep knowledge of the field and polished her skills.

Since joining Hatch more than two years ago, Tegan's creativity has been a standout feature in our projects. Her attention to detail enables her to add the perfect finishing touches to any project. Tegan also has a knack for designing the ideal colour schemes, adding another layer of visual appeal to our designs.

Tegan's talent for integrating varied elements into a unified, appealing space is noteworthy. Her work exemplifies Hatch Renovations' dedication to crafting functional, visually pleasing spaces that are tailored to our clients' personalities and lifestyles.


Chelsea holds a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration and is an asset to the Hatch team. With a decade of experience in senior administration roles, she brings strong organisational skills and efficiency, which are crucial in managing the many responsibilities of interior design. Since joining Hatch over a year ago, Chelsea has showcased her skills in tools like SketchUp. She excels, particularly in creating presentations guaranteeing smooth project deliveries.

What sets Chelsea apart is her unique blend of technological expertise and design sensibility. She enhances the ability to visualise and present creative concepts effectively.

Chelsea is deeply committed to the idea of functional design, ensuring that each space she works on is both aesthetically pleasing and practically tailored to meet client needs. Her contributions are integral to Hatch’s mission of balancing form and function, capturing the individual needs and tastes of our clients. With her technical skills, creative vision, and commitment to practical solutions, Chelsea is an indispensable member of the Hatch team.


With a Diploma in Building and Construction, Peter has been a cornerstone in the construction scene since 2010. Specialising in both commercial and residential renovations, he knows the ins and outs of meeting diverse client expectations and navigating various project scopes.

Peter is known for his unwavering focus on quality, a standard he won't compromise. He's also a pro at keeping clear lines of communication open with tradespeople and clients alike, ensuring a well-coordinated project.

When it comes to carrying out projects, his keen eye ensures nothing gets missed, leading to results that often surpass what clients had in mind. His dedication and skills make him not just a respected team member but also a vital asset to Hatch's success. Peter's role is instrumental in delivering smoothly executed and top-notch projects.


And of course, we can’t leave out Alfie—our dedicated office manager.
